from Lymington
Head northwest on New Street towards School Lane. Turn left onto Avenue Road/B3054 and then left onto Southampton Road/A337. Follow the A337 for around half a mile and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Milford Road/A337. After a further mile and a half turn left into Lymington Road /B3058 and continue on the B3058 for 2 miles. You will go through Milford on Sea village centre and then up a slight hill and The Beach House can be found on the left hand side at the top of the hill.

From New Milton
Head south on Station Road/B3058 toward Elm Avenue and continue to follow the B3058 towards Milford-on-Sea for approximately 3 miles where the pub will be found on your right hand side.

Parking
There are around 20 parking spots directly outside the front of the Beach House, free for Guests and Residents, together with a public pay for car park within 200 metres.

Please be aware we currently have an ANPR parking control system in place managed by Britannia Parking to help manage parking for genuine guests. Please refer to the site-specific car park signage for the terms and conditions of parking.  Parking for guests visiting the pub is free, but guests are requested to enter their vehicle registration details on the registration tablets in the pub.
